Hypnosis is a PROVEN technique to gain positive outcomes when combined with conventional methodologies. True hypnosis uses trance to explore the root of a problem and help you change deep-seated attitudes or feelings.  I combine hypnosis with NLP techniques to make a stronger and more permanent solution.  At the end of the session, the hypnotherapist suggests that you return to normal consciousness.

Remember, not all “Hypnotists” are created equal – just attending a course does not make you competent – it is the knowledge and SUCCESSFUL application of advanced techniques, used on a daily basis that defines competency.  I work with my clients in order to make the changes that they would like in their lives.
